Key Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate robust engineering processes.
- Developing manufacturing processes to optimise output and efficiency.
- Generate and implement engineering solutions to take products from development to full production.
- Support key business projects.
- Introduce creative quality improvements to achieve ‘Right First Time’ standards.
- Investigate and evaluate test equipment improvements resulting in an increase in test equipment reliability or efficiency.
- Resolve manufacturing problems in a timely manner.
- Design and develop solutions to maximize production efficiency.
- Review processes to seek opportunities to implement automation.

- Experience using SolidWorks CAD/CAM
- Working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering
- Geographically available to attend on site.
- Confidence to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a multidisciplinary team
- Be fluent in oral and written English.
