Main Mission
Under the responsibility of the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives and applying sales strategies in the territory.
Main Responsabilities
Prospecting and sales:
- Identification and development of the customer and prospect portfolio;
- Customer visits and loyalty;
- Participate in conferences and exhibitions to promote Cameca products to new prospects;
- Negotiate and close sales with the support of the regional sales director;
- Update the CRM.
Business analysis:
- Carry out market studies and measure its attractiveness;
- Analyze sales opportunities in the territory;
- Competitive monitoring.
Managing a sales agent:
- Implementation of appropriate reporting with the agent;
- Support the agent technically and commercially;
- Visit prospects in the area covered by the agent;
- Make proposals regarding contract renewal;
- Adapt the sales policy to the specificities of the area.
Education & Experience
- Doctorate or engineering degree, Master in science;
- Specialty in materials science or semiconductor or geology or physics;
- 5 years of experience;
- Knowledge of Miller Heimman Strategic Selling is a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus;
- Fluency in English.
