The DARKWING program is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team near LaPlata, MD.
The Systems Engineer must have a TS/SCI clearance to start with an adjudicated CI polygraph.
The Systems Engineer develops, delivers, and operates affordable engineering and sustainment solutions for commercial, military and intelligence users across the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support efforts and serve as an interface to coordinate and perform program efforts and activities at our customer site. The Systems Engineer position offers the opportunity to travel to other sites and provides exposure to various technologies. You should have an engineering background and be familiar with Virtual Machines, Windows and LINUX Domains, Systems integration, SQL Database, Network Integration, hardware procurement, COTS software, and maintenance of operating systems. You must be experienced in troubleshooting anomalies and failures.
You must be familiar with Security Engineering/ Systems Engineering for IC Security controls such as ICD503 certifications, defining workflows and monitoring for system compliance. You will set up and maintain servers/network switches and routers/applications. You must have strong inter-personal and communication skills and must be capable of successfully explaining procedures in writing and verbally. Weekend/evening or call-in work occasionally required supporting 24x7 operations or maintenance activities.

Windows Active Directory
Windows OS and/or UNIX/LINUX administration experience

Experience with Group Policy Object configuration and administration
Virtual machine experience (VMWARE)
Backup, restore and recovery experience (VEEAM)
Familiarization with ICD 503 Security Requirements
Experience in IT troubleshooting
Experience with Trellix and EPO/ENS
Experience in the application of STIG settings to network computing infrastructure
Problem resolution skills
Can perform tasks with minimal supervision
Support documentation updates
Data Center Management (Cable Fabrication/Installation experience, Inventory Control)
CUCM/VoIP experience
COMSEC experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
