About the Lightning Operations Center• Based in Bldg. 220, supporting flightline operations on-site full time.
• Use of key systems: Talon test tag system, ALIS, VAS, JTD, QADs, Maximo, and SFM/EWI.
• Crucial role in driving hold points forward for production operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING• Support flightline operations, including refuels, launches, and tows.
• Coordinate with transportation, fire department, and security on a regular basis.
• Exposure to live aircraft is essential; computer skills are a plus (systems training provided).
• Significant impact on production operations and collaboration across teams.

Basic Qualifications:• Prior flight line experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:• Experience supporting military flight operational aircraft.
• Aircraft launch and recovery experience.
• Conflict Resolution.
• Working knowledge of test support equipment requirements.
• Familiar with JSF electronic maintenance, design, and specification systems such as ALIS, JEDI, VAS, JTD, QADs, Maximo, and SFM/EWI experience a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
