Quality Control Inspector
As a Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. Your responsibilities will involve conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, AL location work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality of our products by identifying and addressing deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions, and driving data-driven decision-making within the quality control function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Identify and address deviations from quality standards promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve quality issues as well as implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for enhancement.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
